Important information

Please read this before relying on anything on this site. If something here is unclear, email support@aicybermedia.com.au.

This site

This site describes AICYBER’s Web3 businesses. It is information, not advice. Nothing on it is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing on it is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any token, security or financial product in any jurisdiction.

On-chain figures shown on this site are read from public blockchains and can change. The contracts are the authority; where this site and the chain disagree, the chain is right.

Xdeal

Xdeal is a perpetual futures exchange operated by AICYBER (HK) LTD and built on Orderly Network. Perpetual futures are leveraged derivatives: prices move quickly, positions can be liquidated, and you can lose your entire deposit.

Xdeal is non-custodial but not trustless. Your funds sit in on-chain vault contracts and every order carries your signature, but order matching runs on Orderly Network’s off-chain engine, and you rely on Orderly to operate it fairly.

Xdeal is not available to persons in the United States, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, China or other restricted regions. Use of Xdeal is governed by its terms of use (opens in a new tab), risk disclosure (opens in a new tab) and privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

AICY

AICY is a fixed-supply ERC-20 token that AICYBER created on Base. The entire supply is held by the company’s multisig Safe. AICY has no utility. It is not a share, a bond, a debt, or a claim on AICYBER or any of its assets, and holding it gives no rights of any kind. It is not offered for sale.

Asset Registry certificates

AICR certificates record information about assets and the SHA-256 fingerprints of supporting documents. A certificate is a record, not a financial product. It confers no ownership of, or rights in, the asset it describes; legal ownership stays with the legal entity named on the certificate. Certificates are never offered for sale, and transferring one would not transfer the asset.

A matching fingerprint shows that a file is identical to the one registered at the recorded time. It does not by itself prove that the file’s contents are true.
